All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our performance swimwear and activewear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ear Plugs
- Drag Suits (due to their specialized nature and hygiene considerations)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package the items securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed returns form (we will provide this)
- Ship the package to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
Important: Without a Return Authorization Number, we cannot process your return. Please wait for confirmation before shipping items back to us.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
